Patricia grew up in Medford, MA, in a family of four siblings, and was fortunate to have the best twin brother a sister could ask for. Her professional journey began at AT&T, where she excelled as a top-performing sales executive in the Boston area, specializing in tele-communication services for corporate clients.
Inspired by her husband, she left corporate America to become a business and property owner, managing two laundromats. One in Cambridge and the other in Somerville, MA. Balancing this with raising two children in Wakefield, MA, she actively participated in their diverse activities, from baseball and hockey to lacrosse and equestrian events – even owning a horse trailer, creating countless memories. Eventually she turned the laundromat properties into commercial investments and brought on tenants, and in partnership with the City of Cambridge Economic Development Department, facilitated significant upgrades to one of the properties.
Despite encountering a lot of hurdles such as managing trustees and addressing voting rights within her multi-use building, it’s been fun and rewarding, and she’s learned a lot. For 20 years she has been involved in the real estate world whether that was as a landlord or an investor, and as her children headed off to college she finally had enough time to turn real estate into her main career. She obtained her real estate license and found a team that perfectly aligned with her values and approach, and dedicated herself to mastering the art and science of selling homes at the best prices.
For Patricia, real estate goes beyond simple transactions. She enjoys acting as her clients’ advocate and trusted advisor, coming up with creative solutions for any challenges that arise along the way. Today, she’s grateful to be helping people in Boston & North Shore REALTOR® sell their homes at the highest price – your house deserves the spotlight.
